"The evening clerk did not even know how to give directions to the hotel. The lamp in the room had burned out light bulb and the security lock on the door was loose and broken. The breakfast food was mediocre. The woman front desk clerk in the morning was helpful. It was a terribly disappointing experience!"

"Our stay at your hotel was great. I have to give particular credit to the attendant who checked us in and the shuttle bus driver who went the extra mile. Both were very friendly and helpful. After returning from a bad day of flying and airports, your staff made my day. We will definitely return.
