"On the plus side, the man at the desk was extremely friendly and attentive. The free breakfast, which included waffles, cereal, bagels, juice and fruit was nice.
However the good things end there. The lobby and courtyard looked a bit dated. Once we got to the suite, the promised microwave was not there. The sofa and chairs were dated and very worn. The cable was not hooked up to the TV very well, and I had to keep wiggling the connection at the wall to keep the picture clear. The headboards on the bed wobbled A LOT and banged against the wall. I had to place folded washcloths behind the headboards to keep them from loudly banging the wall. The sheets on both beds were ripped, and mine had ink stains on it. They were not changed the second day.
We had a problem with a lot of noise coming from the floor above us. I called the desk, and they promised to take care of it, which they did very quickly.
Overally, for my $158 two-day stay, I felt a bit ripped off. I don't think I'd stay in this hotel again."
